I just got a batch of 50 small assembled PCBs from JLC. Nothing super fine pitch or critical. This was more of a upper end of the hobby class. It is a simple circuit with an 18650 battery and some LEDs. USB charger.
Delivery was about 2 weeks. I had some 4 layer boards in the order and those are also slower than 2 layer.
My neighbor managed to kill his in a day. I think he took it to work and was playing with it and it took an ESD hit. Very low humidity and lots of sweaters this time of year.
