Plug and Play or Pick and Place? Considering the forum, I’m going to assume you meant PnP for circuit board assembly.
You would need to first define why you’re doing it and what your needs are. A PnP setup that is dedicated to always do one design will have different priorities than a setup intended for low volume high mix of different jobs. Your component sizes will affect your machine choice, and also your speed requirements.
Depending on the machine type, you may end up spending most of your money on the component reel feeders.
