Went to school of EE back in the day, but spent the last 20 years in IT. Recently shifted to the vendor side of things as a pre-sales engineer (more fun than management at my age). I'm an electronic hobbyist/enthusiast with a mediocre skill set and abysmal math skills to match. My projects are generally REALLY basic and mostly pointless. I like (only capable of) simple analog and digital circuits, anything that requires any level of complexity ends up being on an Arduino or something. Happily married, no kids, 2 dogs, cyclist, bass player (about as much skill as my electronics) and love camping.
you can see an example of some of my projects/musings on my website (that I never update and no one reads) Twitter: @BrianDagobah
