Is there a YouTube tutorial on Netlist external plugins?

http://docs.kicad.org/stable/en/eeschema.html#netlist-tool has a mention of PadsPcb Plugin was added.

I’m investigating whether and external contractor can accept KiCad file formats for Pads layout.

Also, can KiCad read a Pads file, at least for viewing?
